MAITSEO JOSEPHINE RATLADI
The Director of the company, Mrs Maitseo Josephine Ratladi has a vast experience in business as she has been working for more than 13 years working in the business environment. She holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and Accounting (UB 1995) and Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA- University of Stellenbosch, SA 2000). As a Director of the company, she sits in the Board as chair of the company and makes high level strategic decisions.
BOITSHEPO MAJUBE
The experience of the Mr. Boitshepho Majube is undoubted. He is responsible for the day to day running of the company. He was appointed Project Manager in 2012 and brought vast experience from his previous employers where he worked for more than 3 years. He has over 6 years in the security industry. He was responsible for supervising all stations at his previous employer, Limelight Security. Mr Majube is qualified for the position as he studied Security Management at Tshwane University of Technology and was awarded National Diploma of that course in 2004.
MR SENABE SENABE
The position of Supervisor has specific responsibility for the day-to-day management and supervision of security officers. It is managed by a Mr Sena be Senabe who is very competent and adequately experienced individual with 5 years experience in security industry. He has qualification of Basic Security Skills and is currently pursing Diploma in security Management.
MOLEFE LEPANG
The experience of Mr. Molefe Lepang is undoubted. He is responsible for the day to day operations. LIEUTENANT COLONEL MOLEFE LEPANG was appointed Security Supervisor of Command Security Services following his retirement in 2005 form Botswana Defence Force, the position he has held to date. He has 27 years security experience.
OAKANTSE SETHOMOLANE
The Administration Officer position is held by Mrs Oakantse Sethomolane who has been working for Command Security Services Company since 2007 to date. She has done Administration and Computer Courses at Gaborone Technical College in 2006. She rose with the ranks when she joined us as administration clerk. She is very articulate and has outstanding customer service.
